Daniel Damascus Kimery ask The Arkansas Arts Council about The Art Churches 501-C Nonprofit Status



  • How can The Art Church maintain a 501-C Nonprofit status when they charge their Artists an Exhibitors fee on top of a hefty commission? I have enclosed proof in a comment. It was too long for a Wall Post. http://arkansasartnews.blogspot.com/

        (Hours: Sat: 9 am to 5pm - Sun: 12 noon to 5pm)




        This season’s vendor space rates: Upstairs (main gallery): $100, Downstairs (lower gallery): $75, Outside (parking lot) $50.




        All Vendors: submit 3 to 5 images (via email or hard copy mailed) representative of their current work(s) with their application, along with their 1st & 2nd festival space location preferences & a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit in the amount of the tier in which they wish to be placed. Space is limited inside & will be taken on a first come first served basis, so reserve your space for this great festival early! Deadline for vendor space reservations is November 1, 2011. Balance of space fee is due at check-in & set-up.
