NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Garland County, Arkansas, entered on the 21st day of April, 2011 in a certain Cause No. CV-2010-710-1 then pending therein between Diamond Bank as Plaintiff and ART-EXCHANGE.COM, INC. Richard A. Gipe an Individual, Lorie Gipe, an individual: and 804 Central, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company, the undersigned as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder. on the first floor near the elevator of Garland County Courthouse, Hot Springs, Arkansas at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of May, 2011, the following described personal property to-wit:

Insurance claim in U.S. District Court Case No. 6:10-CV-6060-RTD
TERMS OF SALE: The property shall be sold on credit of three (3) months with the purchaser being required to execute a bond as required by law and order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum from the date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the property sold to secure the payment of purchase.
