      • How long ago did this happen? Comments on Youtube go back over a year. Lesson here is don't turn your back and try to run when a cop confronts you, you then give them reason to use force to apprehend you. Did he overreact? Yes. Was she innocent? No.

        ‎4 years ago but that isn't the point. If Cops have time to run around attacking children for skateboarding then they don't have enough real crime to fight. I've done time in Garland County and when I was there half of the people in there were in there for Marijuana, Public Intox, Failing a Drug Test, Failure to appear on a speeding ticket. I mean seriously these people should get Community Service or Fines not Jail Time. In Washington County they are so out of Control that the Cops will arrest you for being drunk in a Bar. I've seen them do it.
