The Art Church has changed it's name to "Emergent Arts" out of embarrassment.

                Just like Richard Gipe changed Legacy Fine Art Gallery's name to Gallery 804 after Legacy was exposed as being a Vanity Gallery Art Scam; so to has The Art Church changed it's name to Emergent Arts. The Hot Springs MOCA Scam has finally gone out of business.



                     Thank God, this is yet another nail in the coffin of Con Artist Richard Gipe's career in The Art Industry. This is great news and I am very happy to hear it. My only concern is what happens to all of the Art that The Artists he conned sent him to be part of MOCA's permanent Art Collection? My guess is that he will sell it all for pennies on the dollar in an Art Auction like he did to pay off his Debtors with Diamond Bank. If you are an Artist that was duped by The Hot Springs MOCA Scam then now would be a good time to contact a lawyer.

Officials at the museum say they're unable to shoulder the financial burden after experiencing trouble with grant funding.

HOT SPRINGS, AR -- A museum on Bathhouse Row will be closing in late October.

The Museum of Contemporary Art in downtown Hot Springs is closing due to financial issues.

Star Gallery is back from The Dead.

          On August 15th 2013 I thought that I had finally rid the world of this talentless, pseudo-intellectual, hipster hellhole run by Hucksters. Then on Christmas of all days I find out that they re-opened November 1st at 244 Central Ave in the Aristocrat Manor Building across the street from the Arlington Hotel.     You arrogant sad little man....This small whatever derogitory remark you made about my home can't handle your creativity is that about the jist of it? Well I tell you what us backward ass Spa City folk can handle its bitch's like you. Your not an intelligent man or a talented one particulary. Ive seen your "art" although I know enough about art to know better than to comment on it. Its always been a con game...art, the art business...create something and try and sell it for as much as you can squeeze out of the poor sap that has too much $ to begin with. I mean the dirty bastard that gave birth to the art industry in Hot Springs, revived it, however you want to see it. I mean have you seen the geometry book covers this guy created....Good for him I say....He fooled alot of people with alot of Money to buy what was little more than than like when we traced out the plastic pices in a kids educational toy set. I just dont like you either so stay at home behind your computer PLEASE! I don't know if I can contain myself from showing you some Spa City Hospitality.......I so beleive Violence can and often is the answer to disputes such as this one!

      I have some great news and some bad news.

      The great news is that Star Gallery, Legacy Gallery, The Gallerie Hot Springs, and The Art Church are all closed now. The bad news is that Xu International Gallery is also closed. Oh well you can't make an Omelette with out breaking a few eggs.

      Daniel,
      I'm reaching out to you hoping that enough time has gone by and that you might reevaluate the resentment you feel towards me. The truth is, I absolutely despised Art-Exchange, and would have left had I not had a wife & child to support. I don't blame you for the anger you felt, but I do believe a lot of it was misdirected. For some reason you seemed to zero in on me, instead of David or Richard who were really the ones responsible for Art-Exchange business practices & procedures.
      The truth is, your posts online about me, have had a very negative impact on my life. Both employers, and now my girlfriend's mother have come across this information, which has caused them to question my integrity & the type of person I am in general.
      Though I don't feel responsible for the things you've accused me of, I am sorry for any hurt I may have personally caused you. I do feel like with the damage to my reputation/name, I have paid for any potential slight along the way 10 times over.
      Therefore, I ask you man to man to say enough is enough, and remove my name from your postings. I appreciate your consideration, and await your response.
